| "Long before it was the Official Hotel of the Indiana State Fairgrounds, The Marten House Hotel was our choice to serve as the host hotel and preliminary judging site of the Indiana State Fair Queen Pageant. Coordinating a weekend that brings together 88 young women and their mothers from around the state is not a simple task, yet The Marten House Hotel staff has always made this job much easier. The Queen Pageant host hotel requirements include a variety of needs, including contestant registration; interview space; a large area for runway judging; buffet and banquet space for nearly 200 people; and overnight rooms for contestants, chaperones, judges and pageant staff.
The Marten House Hotel sales, catering, desk staff and others have always been extremely helpful and accommodating with our needs and any last minute assistance, not only for the Queen Pageant, but year round as well. I highly recommend The Marten House Hotel, and we are proud to partner with them."
